Recession Proof Your Thoughts With EFT
Fear always compromises your vitality and fear-of-recession is a very real concern for many people at the moment which is why I’d like to encourage you to use the remarkably simple and effective technique of EFT or Emotional Freedom techniques to help yourself develop a more confident attitude towards money.
Most of us hold a mixture of beliefs about our finances. For example, you may repeatedly tell yourself that you have a good cash flow, or are good with money, yet at the same time you may be subconsciously holding onto beliefs that you don’t deserve to be really wealthy, or that you have to work hard for a living.
Limiting beliefs such as these can end up sabotaging the positive relationship you would like to hold with money. After all your subconscious mind tends to accept what you repeatedly tell it is real, especially if those thoughts are accompanied by a strong emotion such as fear.
Fortunately Emotional Freedom Techniques offer a great way of identifying and then reprogramming or releasing any negative beliefs or anxieties that you may hold, and with just a little bit of practice it’s likely that you will be able to enjoy a healthier and more positive relationship to wealth.
Although our scientific understanding of techniques like this is lacking at present, there is an abundance of anecdotal evidence to support the use of EFT as a rapid and effective change technique and I would strongly encourage you to spend half an hour or so to learn a little about it so that you can find out for yourself.
In my experience replacing your fears and anxieties with a positive mental attitude is always a useful thing to do and one of the really good things about this technique is that it is very easy to lean and you will find an abundance of free resources on the internet just by searching the term EFT, I’ve also included some links for you in the resource box below.
EFT is truly remarkable in it’s ability to quickly reduce the emotional intensity of negative emotions such as fear, or to help you replace limiting beliefs such as ‘I have to work hard to earn money’ or ‘I don’t deserve to be wealthy’ but of course, good as this technique is, you will still most likely need to take some action, or seek appropriate advice to strengthen your financial situation.
The fact is, if you feel needy, deprived or unworthy, it will be difficult for you to also feel successful, fulfilled and prosperous.
True prosperity of course is about feeling satisfied and fulfilled in every area of your life but whatever issue you choose to work on it’s likely that this delightful technique can begin to give you some measurable benefits. So go on, give it go and start to recession proof your thoughts!
